Enrollment Process

Enrollment Process

  1. Tour the school to determine if it is a good fit for you and your child.

  2. Pay the NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee and receive the enrollment packet.

  3. Complete and return all the forms and medical documentation.

  4. Bring your child to the Center for enrollment and pay tuition for the first week.

Once you have done the tour, like the school and want to enroll your child in preschool. It requires quite a bit of paperwork and some careful planning.

Schedule A Tour

Visit out tour section on how to schedule a tour.

Once you take a tour you could better understand if our school meets with your expectations and if it is a good match for your family. When you decide to enroll, please ensure that you complete all the required paperwork and submit to us along with the registration fees to secure a spot.

Reserve a Spot

First you would have to call the school office and confirm to reserve a spot and pay the non-refundable registration fee.

Download Admission Forms

Once done you could go to our admission forms section and download the forms to your computer or cell phone and fill them out. Please ensure the forms are completed accurately and in full. Print and sign them and get all the medical documentation ready.

Take Child to the doctor for medical Report

You should also book a doctor’s appointment as soon as possible. A physician must see your child, evaluate the child, and sign off on their health. It must be signed and properly stamped with the physician’s seal to be acceptable by the school and the Dept of social services who supervise all preschools. We cannot admit students without this form. We also need a copy of your child's immunization record.

Drop Off Admission Forms At School

Once the forms are completed drop it off at the school for review.  You can pay the tuition and material fee when your child starts which could be a couple of weeks or months later.

Prepare Child for School

While you wait, you can plan your child's transition home to preschool. Take them shopping and get a lunch box. They also need a blanket for nap time. Get something small and easy to carry and nothing that is too heavy for your child to carry to the school. You will also need an extra set of clothes in case they have an accident and spill something on their clothes. Maybe drop by the school a few times in the afternoon for 30 minutes before their actual start date. This will make your child feel comfortable with the school. It's a big step so it's best to make friends before they start.

Termination & Probationary Period

Please note that our Center has a 30-day probationary period for all children that are enrolled.  If we feel that the Center is unable to meet the needs of your child/children, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement between the parent and the Center, with written notice.

Students will be terminated from the school for biting, hitting, hurting other students more than 1 time.  Intolerable behavior or health issues which may affect the safety, health, and general wellbeing of other children at our center, may result in limited exclusion or termination of enrollment. Parents and guardians will be notified in writing with reference to bad behavior or health issues, at which point these issues will need to be resolved. Failure to remedy these problems will result in termination of the enrollment. Failure to make payments will also jeopardize the enrollment of the child. In addition, any unwarranted abuse from parent/parents or guardians towards the staff or the establishment could result in the termination of the child’s enrollment. Termination policy also applies to parents for not following school rules and regulations.
